Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the Weexel platform, including the web application, its services, features and content (hereinafter, "the Platform").

Use of the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to modify them at any time, notifying registered users at least 15 days in advance before changes take effect.

These Terms are complemented by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the contract between the user and the Platform.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly reserved for individuals over 18 years of age. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you declare under your responsibility that you are over 18 years old.

To create an account you must:

• Provide a valid and verifiable email address.
• Create a secure password and keep it confidential.
• Provide your real date of birth.
• Complete the security verification process (CAPTCHA).
• Verify your email address via the activation link.

Each user may only have one active account. Creating multiple, fake or third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

The user agrees to use the Platform in a lawful, ethical and respectful manner. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Publishing content that incites hatred, discrimination or violence.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating or defaming other users.
• Publishing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, including spam or prostitution.
• Attempting to breach the security of the Platform or access other accounts.
• Using bots, scrapers or automated tools without express authorization.
• Sharing personal contact details of other users without their consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.

The user is solely responsible for all content they publish on the Platform (photos, texts, messages, etc.). By publishing content, the user grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and distribute such content within the service.

The Platform reserves the right to remove without prior notice any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws or that is harmful to other users or the community.

Sexual or erotic content is permitted only in the sections designated for it and only when all participants are of legal age and have given their explicit consent.

The Platform offers free and paid features. Premium subscriptions and the purchase of Zex (virtual credits) allow unlocking advanced features such as unlimited messages, video calls, advanced search filters and greater visibility.

Prices, features and conditions of the plans are shown in the "Premium" section of the application and may be modified with prior notice. Purchased Zex do not expire, but are non-refundable except in cases provided for by applicable consumer regulations.

In the event of cancellation of an active subscription, the user will retain access to Premium features until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds will be made.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of the Platform, available at the designated link. Said policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.

The user expressly consents to the processing of their data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy by accepting these Terms during the registration process.

All intellectual property rights over the Platform, its design, source code, trademarks, logos and own content belong to the Platform or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or use without express written authorization is prohibited.

The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users or compatibility between them. The service is provided "as is" and the Platform is not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, technical interruptions or third-party conduct.

The Platform is not responsible for personal relationships, encounters or agreements that may arise between users outside the application.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts temporarily or permanently in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund of credits or active subscriptions in the event of serious infringement.

The user may delete their account at any time from the profile settings section. Deletion entails the erasure of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.
