The Premium plan unlocks unlimited messages, video calls, advanced search filters, greater visibility in results and access to profile statistics. You can see all the details and compare plans in the "Premium" section of the app.

Zex are Weexel's virtual currency. With Zex you can unlock specific features such as seeing who has visited you, sending virtual gifts and more. They are purchased in packages and do not expire. Each month, active users receive a free Zex gift until further notice.

Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription whenever you want from your profile settings. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the billing period. We do not make prorated refunds for the remaining time.

In Weexel you decide who can see your profile. You can configure your visibility so that only users from certain cities, genders or age ranges can find you. You can also hide from specific people using the block feature, and activate invisible mode to browse without leaving a trace.

Privacy is our priority. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. We comply with European GDPR and you can request the export or complete deletion of your data at any time from your profile.

Yes, Weexel includes screenshot protection in private conversations and galleries. Although technical protection has limitations on some devices, any capture attempt is logged and can be reported.

During onboarding you can verify your profile by uploading a verification photo. Verified profiles have greater visibility and generate more trust. Verification is voluntary but highly recommended to improve your results.

No. Weexel is a platform exclusively for adults over 18 years old. When registering you must confirm you are of legal age. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and profiles detected as minors are deleted immediately.

You can permanently delete your account from "My profile" → "Settings". Deletion removes all your personal data, photos, messages and history in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This process is irreversible.

On any profile you will find the "Report" button (flag icon). You can indicate the reason for the report: inappropriate content, fake profile, harassment, etc. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.

First you can block the user from their profile so they cannot contact you or see your profile. Then we recommend reporting them indicating the reason "harassment". For serious situations, you can contact our security team directly at info@weexel.com.
